Copyrights (Extremely important! Please read!)

Copyright violation is a serious, punishable offense, which this company takes very seriously. Please read and understand the following information before submitting any order requests. Refreshed Memories requires a written copyright release from the copyright owner before reproducing and editing any copyrighted images or literary works. This applies to any signed artwork, professional photograph, poetry, song lyrics, etc.

By submitting an order, the customer is agreeing to the following:
"All submitted images/works are not copyrighted OR all the necessary written permission for reproduction and editing was provided at the time the order was placed. Refreshed Memories can/will refuse to use any image/work in which copyright status is unknown or if permission for use is denied. I, the customer, accept full responsibility for any legal action regarding copyright violation of anything I submit to Refreshed Memories."

Please note also: if editing has already begun on an image which is later determined to be copyrighted, all digital and printed copies of the original image will be destroyed and your service fees will not be refunded. Convicted copyright violators risk paying fines in excess of $25,000 or spending 5 years in prison. So, if you aren't 100% sure you have permission to use it, then please don't.

Refreshed Memories retains ownership of all designs/services/works produced. Customers may not reproduce any original work for any reason without the expressed written permission of Caryn D. Keller, Owner. A release fee may apply.

Privacy

Refreshed Memories is independently-owned and operated. Every aspect of the business is handled exclusively by myself (Caryn). All customer contact information (including address, phone number, email address, internet screen name, etc.) and all the details of your order are kept completely confidential. In fact, nothing is ever seen by anyone other than me, except in the following rare circumstances:
1.) when an assistant accompanies me to your consultation
2.) when I am unable to deliver/mail your order myself on the requested date, and an assistant takes care of this for me
3.) some contact information may be included on forms that are seen by an accountant

I respect your privacy too much to ever disclose your information to anyone else for any reason. I will never sell it, donate it, trade it, display it, or send it to my friends. I promise!

Payment Specifics

Refreshed Memories requires at least 50% of the total service price to be paid at the time your order is placed. Cash, money orders, and personal checks* (made payable to Refreshed Memories) are always welcome. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot yet process credit cards. This will be available in the near future. *Personal checks may require time to clear, before any work begins.
